Q: What is the difference between style A, B and C?
A: When ordering your Artoons™ Portraits You have three styles to choose from:
      Style A is our most complex style, we incorporate great details from the photo you provide us. We also go more in depth to render a 3D look on the two dimensional print.
This is achieved through our texture treatments and further enhanced with a personalized background. Our most popular style.
      Style B is a more simplified style, compared to style A. Although we still use shadow treatments, a likeness is still accurately achieved by capturing the correct shape of the head, hair, and pose. The details are simplified giving the portrait a more cartoon-like quality.
      Style C is our most simplified style. We use a modest application of graphical elements, thereby creating a unique, clean style. | View styles again |

Q: Will my photo be returned to me?
A: Yes, but do not send us your only copy of the photograph. The photo you send us must be a duplicate copy. We are not responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail.

Q: I just filled out the order form what next?
A: Once you've filled out and submitted the order form send us the correct payment by check or money order, make payable to Artoons™ Portraits. Be sure to include a 7 percent sales tax, and your shipping and handling fees (standard $5, priority $10, overnight $15). Along with sending us your payment, include a 5"x7" photograph of the person(s) for whom you want an Artoons™ Portrait. Please indicate any special requests, and our Artoons™ artists will try their best to fulfill them. We will begin processing your order as soon as payment and photo is received.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes, as we promised! We now take credit card payments via PayPal™. For more details, please visit: http://www.paypal.com  Send Payments to: PayPal@artoons-portraits.com.

Q: How long does it take to receive my Artoons Portrait in the mail?
A: This depends on when we receive your payment and photo. Once we receive your payment and photo, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to deliver your Artoons™ Portrait by standard mail, 2-3 business days by priority, and 1-2 business days if you choose overnight.

Q: Does Artoons™ Portraits have a return policy?
A: Our artists work hard to produce the best quality Artoons™ portraits possible, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your portrait, please return the entire Artoons™ Portrait for a full refund minus a 10% handling fee. You must return the portrait within two weeks of receiving your Artoons™ Portrait. Purchases are considered final after this two week period has expired. Please read our legal page for more information.

Q: What is the difference between the individual portrait and the group portrait?
A: An Artoons™ individual portrait is a portrait of one individual. Whereas the Artoons™ group portrait can consist of two or more individuals. For example it could be a family portrait or a portrait of a group of friends.

Q: How do I send my scanned photo via email?
A: The best way is to send your photo via email is by dragging and dropping it on your email letter to us as an attachment (this is for people who use Eudora). If you have a Yahoo™ or Hotmail™ email account follow the instructions for that program with regards to sending attachments. Be sure to compress your file into a format we can open, such as jpgs or pdf files.

Q: Can you make me look sexy? (our most frequently asked question)
A: We try our best to make each portrait resemble the photo submitted, but please keep in mind, we're artists not magicians!
